Administrator, Company Secretary - Guernsey

Our client is seeking an Administrator, Company Secretary on a permanent full-time basis. This role is part of a small team, providing Company Secretarial services and requires the post holder to work independently and collaboratively across the business. Responsible for the day-to-day Company Secretarial services to an allocated client base which include taking minutes, transcribing to final format and keeping minute books. Candidates must have proven Company Secretarial experience and be educated to at least GCSE level (ideally with Grade C (5) or above in English and Mathematics) and hold or willing to study towards an ICSA qualification.
