Fund Administrator - Guernsey

Our client is looking for a Fund Administrator for our client on a permanent full-time basis where you will administer funds, management companies and associated fund structures within the team and liaise with clients and intermediaries daily. You will also assist with all aspects of company secretarial matters, including the preparation of agendas, collation and distribution of Board packs, obtaining directors availability and drafting of minutes for routine board meetings. Good interpersonal skills are required to develop close working relationships with colleagues, clients and business contacts and 2+ years of financial services experience. You must also be holding or working towards the CGI Certificate or similar, or willing to study for a relevant professional qualification.
