Our client is seeking a Corporate Governance Executive on a permanent full-time basis. This is an exciting opportunity where you will be managing a portfolio of companies by ensuring that all statutory requirements and deadlines are met in a timely manner, assist with the incorporation of new companies within the Group and any changes to existing company structures and liaise with the respective registrars of companies as needed. Candidates must have a university degree in a relevant field along with a minimum of 1 year of experience in corporate governance or with a corporate services provider.
