Assistant Manager, Fund Administration - Private Capital x 2

Our client is seeking an Assistant Manager to join their Fund Administration team, focusing on Private Capital fund administration, corporate services, and investor services. The role involves ensuring compliance with fund documentation, legal and regulatory requirements while meeting client SLAs and adhering to internal processes. This full-time role offers an opportunity to work closely with the Fund Administration Manager and contribute to efficient client service delivery and team management.

Job Duties:

  • Support the Manager in maintaining strong client relationships and ensuring timely solutions to client queries.
  • Coordinate client requirements with a focus on consistent and excellent service delivery.
  • Assist with drafting and reviewing Service Level Agreements for new business onboarding.
  • Prepare and/or review fund distribution and call notices, payment instructions, investor correspondence, and board packs.
  • Liaise with Investor Relations, Compliance, and Corporate Services teams to maintain accurate investor data and ensure adherence to regulatory requirements.
  • Collaborate with internal and external auditors during the year-end and interim audit process.
  • Supervise, train, and manage junior team members, ensuring compliance with internal policies and efficient operational processes.
  • Provide input for improving business processes and support group projects related to system implementations.

Job Requirements:

  • Strong administrative, time management, and prioritisation skills to handle high volumes of tasks.
  • Sound understanding of fund structures, cash flows, and the Private Capital industry.
  • An interest in pursuing qualifications such as ICSA/ACCA/ACA or equivalent.
  • Prior experience in Private Capital and fund administration is desirable.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to manage workloads effectively and meet deadlines.
  • A proactive team player with attention to detail and the ability to adapt to new systems and processes.
