Legal Secretary - Guernsey

Our client has a fantastic opportunity to join them as a Legal Secretary on a permanent full-time basis. You will provide secretarial and administrative support to a group of designated fee earners. Your duties will include copy and audio typing, amending and reformatting legal documents in an accurate and timely manner, assisting in the creation of new clients and matters on the Document Management system and processing monthly fee earner time reports and issuing final bills to clients. The ideal candidate will have a good standard of education along with previous office experience which would be beneficial but not essential and excellent planning and organisational skills.
