Our client is seeking a Fund Administrator to join their Private Capital team on a permanent basis. The role involves providing fund administration, corporate services, and investor services to private capital funds and underlying fund vehicles. The successful candidate will ensure full compliance with fund documentation, legal, and regulatory requirements while adhering to client service level agreements (SLAs). You will also support the Fund Administration Manager in delivering high-quality administration services.
Job Duties:
- Prepare fund distribution and call notices to investors, ensuring compliance with fund agreements and regulatory requirements.
- Collaborate with the Investor Relations team to address investor queries and maintain databases.
- Accurately prepare payment instructions for approved invoices, FX transactions, investments, and distributions.
- Update and manage static data for investors, including bank details.
- Analyse investment proposals to confirm compliance with fund investment criteria.
- Liaise with internal teams such as compliance and CDD to maintain statutory and regulatory compliance.
- Manage invoice uploads and maintain accurate records using proprietary workflow systems.
- Assist in document execution, administrative tasks, and responding to client and investor requests.
- Support internal and external audit processes, including the preparation of required documentation.
- Assist the Corporate Services team in preparing board packs for scheduled and ad hoc meetings.
- Contribute to reviewing and improving existing business processes to enhance team efficiency.
- Participate in group projects related to implementing new systems or platforms.
- Ensure compliance with internal procedures and controls when performing fund administration duties.
Job Requirements:
