Our client is looking for an Onboarding Support candidate on a permanent full-time basis. In this role, you will be at the forefront of supporting client-facing teams to use onboarding systems effectively and efficiently and will have an important part to play in ensuring the quality of the data to assist in accurate management reporting, as well as operational excellence. You will also build relationships with outsourced providers to enable quick resolution of issues where necessary. Candidates must have the ability to problem solve and investigate system issues along with accuracy and attention to detail when dealing with large volumes of data.
