Our client is seeking a Junior Support Analyst, to join their friendly team. You will be monitoring the status of online systems, undertaking remedial actions as required and communicating any issues with the status of the Online Service Centre to internal stakeholders and external users as required. The ideal candidate will have experience of supporting Production software systems within a business environment and some knowledge of database tools – specifically SQL, SSIS and SSRS.
