Our client is seeking an International Complaints Governance Manager on a permanent full-time basis, to oversee complaints governance, including entities in Guernsey, Ireland and the Isle of Man. You will ensure that complaints are efficiently and fairly handled in line with legal requirements and act as an escalation point to ensure effective responses to higher risk complaints. Candidates must have experience of complaints, claims management or litigation and have a risk-focused mindset, balanced with a commercial focus. A legal qualification would be an advantage.
