Our client is seeking an In-House Risk and Compliance Lawyer to support the firm's Group's General Counsel in providing legal advice and risk management support. You will provide legal advice on a broad range of legal issues, including corporate governance, compliance, risk management, data protection and conflicts of interest. To be successful within this fantastic opportunity the candidate will need to be a qualified solicitor or barrister with a minimum of 3 years' experience in a litigation or corporate role in private practice or an in-house legal role, have excellent working knowledge of AML/CFT, regulatory and sanctions legislation and experience in stakeholder management and the ability to manage cross- jurisdiction communications.
