Our client is seeking two experienced Fund Administrators to join their team on a permanent, full-time basis. The successful candidates will be responsible for the administration of a portfolio of funds, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements and delivering high-quality service to clients. This role requires strong attention to detail, knowledge of fund structures, and the ability to work effectively within a dynamic financial environment.
Job Duties:
- Administer a portfolio of funds, ensuring accurate and timely processing of transactions.
- Prepare and review fund valuations, financial statements, and investor reports.
- Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and internal policies.
- Liaise with clients, investment managers, custodians, and other key stakeholders.
- Process subscriptions, redemptions, distributions, and transfers in accordance with fund documentation.
- Assist with the onboarding of new funds and ensure smooth transitions.
- Maintain accurate records and ensure proper documentation of fund activities.
- Support audit processes by providing relevant documentation and responses.
- Contribute to process improvements and efficiency initiatives within the team.
Job Requirements:
- Experience in fund administration within the financial services sector.
- Knowledge of various fund structures and regulatory frameworks.
- Strong organisational and analytical skills, with high attention to detail.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced and deadline-driven environment.
- Excellent communication skills and ability to build strong client relationships.
- Proficiency in relevant fund administration systems and Microsoft Office.
- A relevant professional qualification (or working towards one) would be advantageous.
