This role involves managing a portfolio of complex clients, ensuring regulatory adherence and delivering exceptional client service. Responsibilities include overseeing client engagements, supporting Client Directors, developing junior staff and maintaining accurate records and risk management. The ideal candidate will have proven experience in client management, strong task management skills, a deep understanding of Jersey's regulatory requirements and excellent interpersonal and communication abilities. A relevant qualification and experience in trust company business are required.
