Our client is seeking a Compliance Administrator to join a dynamic and supportive team on a full-time, permanent basis. You will assist Senior Managers in delivering efficient administration across a diverse portfolio of corporate and trust clients. Job Duties:
- Support the onboarding of new clients in accordance with internal procedures
- Conduct periodic reviews and monitoring of client activity based on assigned risk ratings
- Assist with the maintenance and accuracy of client records in the internal database
- Review financial accounts received from external accountants
- Assist with the incorporation and closure of corporate entities
- Coordinate client bank account openings and related documentation
- Draft board minutes and resolutions
- Liaise with external advisers, accountants, legal counsel, and tax professionals
- Provide day-to-day client administration support
- Participate in ad hoc tasks and internal projects as required
