Compliance Administrator

Our client is seeking a Compliance Administrator to join a dynamic and supportive team on a full-time, permanent basis. You will assist Senior Managers in delivering efficient administration across a diverse portfolio of corporate and trust clients. This is an excellent opportunity for a motivated self-starter with strong academic credentials and a genuine interest in building a career in financial services.

Job Duties:

  • Support the onboarding of new clients in accordance with internal procedures
  • Conduct periodic reviews and monitoring of client activity based on assigned risk ratings
  • Assist with the maintenance and accuracy of client records in the internal database
  • Review financial accounts received from external accountants
  • Assist with the incorporation and closure of corporate entities
  • Coordinate client bank account openings and related documentation
  • Draft board minutes and resolutions
  • Liaise with external advisers, accountants, legal counsel, and tax professionals
  • Provide day-to-day client administration support
  • Participate in ad hoc tasks and internal projects as required

Job Requirements:

  • Strong academic background 
  • Excellent attention to detail with the ability to manage multiple priorities effectively
  • Able to work efficiently in a fast-paced and client-focused environment
  • Positive, proactive approach with a willingness to take initiative
  • Strong communication and teamwork skills
