Client Services Executive / Trust Officer

Our client, a well-established fiduciary and trust service provider, is seeking a Client Services Executive / Trust Officer to join their team in Guernsey. The role involves the management, supervision, and coordination of the daily administration of trusts and companies, with full mandate responsibility. This is a full-time position offering the opportunity to work with high-net-worth individuals (HNWI) in a private banking and fiduciary environment. Job Duties:

• Manage and supervise the daily administration of trusts and companies, taking full responsibility for assigned mandates.
• Maintain and develop personal contact with clients, advisors, and other related parties, which may include travel.
• Make fiduciary decisions on assigned mandates within company guidelines.
• Coordinate mandate-specific transactions with bankers, lawyers, accountants, agents, or consultants.
• Oversee and control the administrative aspects of assigned mandates, including financial, accounting, and database reviews.
• Provide technical support to more junior team members.

Job Requirements:

• 2 to 5 years of experience in the administration of trust and company structures.
• STEP or ICSA (part) qualified, with a solid fiduciary background.
• Experience in dealing with high-net-worth individuals in a private banking or fiduciary environment.
• A strong focus on customer service excellence.
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to problem-solve and act independently on mandates.
• Ability to prioritise and plan to complete multiple tasks to a high standard.
• Reliable, conscientious, and professional.
• Good communication skills and a team player.
• Entrepreneurial spirit with a willingness to take ownership.
