Our client is seeking a Senior Compliance Administrator to join their team in Jersey. This full-time role involves supporting the compliance function by ensuring that regulatory and compliance-related tasks are efficiently handled. Job Duties:
- Assist with reviewing potential new clients, including business take-on forms, client due diligence profiles, and risk assessments.
- Analyse and process compliance-related forms.
- Maintain compliance files, registers, monitoring spreadsheets, and databases.
- Prepare compliance-related management information and reports.
- Suggest and assist in implementing improvements to internal procedures and practices.
- Provide backup support to other members of the Compliance team.
- Assist employees with queries related to regulatory, AML/CFT/CPF, and other compliance matters.
- Provide cover for other compliance staff during absences.
Job Requirements:
- Relevant professional compliance qualification.
- Minimum of 5 years’ experience in the financial services industry, particularly in Trust, Funds, and Company compliance.
- Strong understanding of anti-money laundering and client due diligence requirements.
- Intermediate to advanced experience with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook), client database and CRM software, and internet search engines.
- Excellent attention to detail and a methodical approach.
- Self-motivated, adaptable, and flexible.
