Our client is seeking a Compliance Monitoring Administrator to join their team in Jersey. This full-time role involves conducting compliance monitoring programme testing and ensuring that regulatory compliance is maintained across the organisation and related client entities. Job Duties:
- Conduct testing within the Compliance Monitoring Programme according to the CMP schedule, documenting findings for review.
- Provide input on future improvements to the CMP based on testing results and observations.
- Assist with the timely resolution of CMP findings by liaising with business teams regarding required actions.
- Prepare compliance-related management information and reports.
- Suggest and implement improvements to internal procedures encountered during CMP testing.
- Provide support and assistance to other Compliance team members as needed.
- Champion a compliance culture within the organisation.
Job Requirements:
- Relevant professional qualification or willingness to study for one.
- Minimum of 5 years’ experience in the financial services industry.
- Strong organisational skills with excellent attention to detail.
- Self-motivated, adaptable, and flexible in approach to work.
- Team player with a collaborative approach to fostering a compliance-focused culture.
- Professionalism, dependability, integrity, and trustworthiness.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook) and other relevant IT systems.
