Trainee Trust Administrator

Our client is seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Administrator to join their team. This full-time position involves providing essential administrative support, ensuring efficient client service delivery, and maintaining high standards in client structure management. The successful candidate will collaborate closely with colleagues and Client Management to ensure the accuracy and timeliness of key administrative tasks, making it an ideal role for someone with strong communication and organisational skills. Job Duties

  • Complete core workflows in line with established procedures, ensuring consistency and accuracy in managing client structures.
  • Adhere to key performance indicators, escalating potential backlogs or issues early.
  • Manage client and structure data with a focus on accuracy and timeliness.
  • Assist with gathering and progressing documentation related to bank account openings on behalf of client structures.
  • Process payments efficiently, ensuring compliance with AML, sanctions, and CFT policies.
  • Collaborate with Client Management to meet client or business-specific administrative needs.
  • Liaise professionally with third-party providers or agents as required.
  • Ensure proper filing of documents, both electronically and physically, in accordance with records management policies.
  • Record time accurately and meet utilisation targets, enabling correct invoicing for services.
  • Engage in learning and professional development, maintaining up-to-date CPD.


Job Requirements

  • Full awareness of internal policies and procedures.
  • Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to adapt to different situations.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, particularly when dealing with external parties.
  • Collaborative team player.
  • Good understanding of KYC, AML, CFT, and GDPR requirements.
  • Knowledge of NavOne and document management principles.
  • Proficiency in core Microsoft Office applications.
  • Studying towards STEP or ICSA.
  • Degree in a relevant subject.
  • A-levels in relevant subjects.
