Job Duties:

  • Administer a diverse portfolio of trust and company structures
  • Provide support across all aspects of trust administration, from client onboarding to ongoing management
  • Collaborate with senior team members to deliver exceptional client service
  • Maintain accurate records, ensuring compliance with regulatory and company standards
  • Participate in ad-hoc projects and tasks as required
  • Assist in mentoring and guiding junior staff, if applicable to your level

 

Job Requirements:

  • Experience in trust administration, whether as a trainee or at a more senior level
  • Strong organisational and time management skills
  • Ability to work both independently and as part of a team
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Willingness to continue professional development and pursue relevant qualifications
