Temporary Marketing & CRM Manager - 6 Months

Our client, a leading international provider of corporate, trust, tax, accounting, and fund administration services, is seeking a Marketing and Client Relationship Manager on a 6-month contract. This role focuses on managing the Client Relationship Management system, ensuring smooth daily operations, and driving the Client Relationship Management development plan in line with business strategies. Job Duties:

  • Manage daily queries from internal and external stakeholders.
  • Collaborate with finance teams to address data gaps in lost revenue.
  • Support the global intermediary programme, contributing roughly 50% of your time to this activity.
  • Create and enhance dashboards for business divisions including Funds, Corporate, and Private Wealth.
  • Maintain email marketing lists and assist with campaign execution.
  • Develop and implement the CRM roadmap in line with business and divisional strategies.
  • Manage pipeline and new business tracking.
  • Provide business development teams with support to grow high-quality pipelines.
  • Deliver timely and accurate business development reporting.
  • Provide CRM support for Group M&A activity and integration plans.
  • Work with the internal Academy to deliver CRM training across the group.

 

Job Requirements:

  • Knowledge of the Funds, Corporate, and Private Wealth sectors is advantageous.
  • Experience in social media management, content management systems, and design software.
  • Proven ability to collaborate with agencies and event suppliers.
  • Strong aesthetic sense for maintaining brand consistency.
  • Excellent interpersonal skills to build relationships across all levels.
  • Data tracking and analysis experience.
  • Organisational proficiency, with the ability to manage and deliver tasks within deadlines and budget constraints.
  • Positive, solutions-oriented attitude with a ‘can do’ mindset.
