Company Administrator

Our client is seeking a highly organised and proactive Company Administrator to support the existing team in a range of statutory and administrative tasks. Job Duties:

  • Support statutory work and prepare documentation for signature.
  • Prepare minutes and liaise directly with clients and intermediaries.
  • Prepare and check payments, including inputting into various international banking systems to ensure accuracy and timely processing.
  • Ensure payments comply with company procedures and meet audit standards, filing associated paperwork promptly.
  • Liaise with directors and senior management on various administrative tasks.
  • Conduct annual file reviews and update the client database regularly.
  • Assist with large-scale property purchases, sale completions, and safekeeping of company assets.
  • Handle ad hoc projects as required.

 

Job Requirements:

  • 3-5 years' industry experience.
  • Excellent written and oral communication skills.
  • Ability to work under tight deadlines.
  • Strong knowledge of offshore trust and corporate structures, as well as the current offshore environment.
  • In-depth understanding of banking systems, payment methods, and foreign exchange transactions.
  • Excellent attention to detail and strong analytical skills.
  • Good planning, problem-solving, and organisational abilities.
  • Commitment to ongoing professional development (already working towards STEP/CG accreditation is desirable).
  • High level of discretion, judgement, and initiative, with the ability to manage projects independently.
