Our client is seeking a dynamic and forward-thinking Innovator to join their Technology and Transformation team. This full-time role, based in Jersey, involves 37.5 contracted hours per week. Job Duties:
- Collaborate with stakeholders to understand business requirements and translate them into innovative solutions.
- Manage day-to-day communication with stakeholders.
- Build a network across the wider organisation to stay up-to-date with technological advancements.
- Identify opportunities for innovation and improvement within Business Enablement.
- Conduct feasibility studies and proof-of-concept experiments to validate new ideas.
- Develop and prototype ideas, using emerging technologies and best practices.
- Set up and manage projects for the delivery of innovative solutions.
- Collaborate with IT teams, process owners, and stakeholders to implement solutions.
- Monitor and evaluate the performance of implemented projects, making adjustments as needed.
- Document and communicate project progress to stakeholders and management.
- Design and implement changes to improve processes.
- Assess the impact of changes and stay up-to-date with best practices in technology and transformation.
Job Requirements:
- Proven experience in driving innovation and implementing transformative solutions.
- Strong understanding of business processes, systems, and technologies.
- Familiarity with emerging technologies such as automation, digital transformation, and data analytics.
- Proficiency in project management methodologies and tools.
- Excellent problem-solving, critical thinking, and communication skills.
- Data analysis and visualisation expertise.
- Adaptability and a commitment to continuous learning.
