Our client is seeking an experienced Digital Audit Manager to join their growing Risk Assurance Practice in the Channel Islands. Job Duties:
- Manage Digital Audit work to support external audit engagements.
- Provide assurance to clients on their internal controls, identifying risks and regulatory obligations.
- Support business development opportunities and help clients achieve their business aspirations.
- Provide coaching in controls methodology and risk management procedures to junior team members.
- Build trust-based relationships with clients for effective internal control adoption.
- Manage the commercial aspects of engagements, including budgeting.
- Monitor and manage team workloads, ensuring a balance between client expectations and work-life quality.
- Keep leadership and engagement management informed of progress and issues.
Job Requirements:
- ACA/ACCA qualified (or equivalent) or part-qualified and working towards the full qualification.
- Minimum of five years' experience in IT Audit, with a background in external audit practice at a Big-4 firm.
- Proven ability to help clients identify risks and develop appropriate controls.
- Strong client relationship management skills and experience working in complex environments.
- Project management and analytical skills, with strong time management and flexibility to adapt to shifting priorities.
- Experience managing junior colleagues and developing others.
