Senior Officer / Trust Administrator, Fiduciary Management

Our client is seeking a Senior Officer to assist with the management of fiduciary accounts within their Private Client Fiduciary Services business. In this role, you will manage a portfolio of fiduciary entities, such as trusts, companies, foundations, and nomineeships. You will be involved in providing complex and bespoke services with the support of Fiduciary Management, Fiduciary Structure Management, and other teams. Click here to read more.


Job Duties:

  • Assist in managing a portfolio of fiduciary entities including trusts, companies, foundations, and nomineeships.
  • Support Fiduciaries in coordinating with Fiduciary Management teams and Fiduciary Structure Management teams.
  • Participate in regular client and advisor meetings, assisting with the expansion of client relationships.
  • Provide technical analysis of client requests in collaboration with Fiduciaries.
  • Assist with fee reviews, ensuring work-in-progress (WIP) and fee collection targets are met.
  • Review WIP and debtors regularly to ensure recoverability.
  • Sign client communications following internal policies and procedures.
  • Ensure compliance with company procedures and assist Fiduciaries in addressing audit points.
  • Undertake coaching and mentoring roles as required.

 

Job Requirements:

  • Studying towards or holding a Category A or B level qualification under Jersey Financial Services Commission Regulations or Guernsey Financial Services Commission Codes of Practice.
  • Proven experience in fiduciary operations of trusts, companies, foundations, and nomineeships.
  • Ability to meet annual Continuing Professional Development requirements set by regulatory authorities.
