Our client is seeking a Team Leader to assist the Manager in ensuring the effective running of the Asset Transfer team. Job Duties:
- Demonstrate company values and promote a high-performance culture
- Conduct regular performance reviews with team members and provide forward-looking development and feedback
- Assist with managing poor performance and absence processes
- Support the Manager in setting team objectives aligned with business goals
- Develop and implement training plans to enhance team skills
- Coordinate team workflow and escalate concerns related to service levels, providing solutions where needed
- Analyse team data and quality results to recommend capacity planning and process improvements
- Monitor risk management, identifying and investigating breaches or complaints, and recommending corrective actions
- Assist in team recruitment processes
- Contribute to team motivation through regular team meetings and fostering a collaborative and supportive environment
- Step in for the Manager during periods of absence, including attending required meetings
- Share best practices with peer group to drive team and company success
Job Requirements:
- Experience in analysing data and providing collaborative solutions to achieve desired outcomes
- 5 GCSEs at grade C or above
- Strong communication, organisational, and leadership skills
