Our client is seeking a Finance Business Partnering Senior Associate based in Guernsey. This full-time role offers the opportunity to work closely with leadership to provide key financial insights that will drive business decisions. Job Duties:
- Assist in preparing monthly management accounts, interpreting financial results, and providing commentary and analysis.
- Monitor financial performance against Key Performance Indicators (KPIs).
- Design and implement PowerBI dashboards to meet business management information needs.
- Develop relationships with wider business support teams to understand and support strategic business imperatives.
- Work with Finance Managers on revenue and cost budgets, plans, and forecasts.
- Support the production of forward-looking, insight-driven reports to manage future performance.
- Provide detailed analysis and business insights for P&L management.
- Encourage strong financial disciplines and assist in the design and implementation of accounting policies, procedures, and controls.
- Support the year-end external audit process.
Job Requirements:
- Qualified accountant with a recognised accounting body.
- Technology-minded with strong commercial awareness and analytical skills.
- Understanding and application of accounting standards.
- Self-starter with a focus on continuous process improvement and driving change through technology.
- Ability to build and maintain strong relationships with stakeholders.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- PowerBI experience (desirable).
