Trainee Fund Administrator

Our client, a young yet highly experienced independent Fiduciary and Fund administration business based in Guernsey, specialises in the venture capital sector. They are seeking a Trainee Fund Administrator to join their growing team. This is a fantastic entry-level opportunity where the successful candidate will study towards a professional qualification and assist in the day-to-day administration of fund clients. Job Duties:

  • Assist with the administration of fund clients, including venture capital funds, management companies, and associated fund vehicles
  • Process fund operations, such as inputting payments, preparing receipt packs, and processing investor changes
  • Maintain investor and fund records in relevant systems
  • Assist with company secretarial matters, including preparing minutes, board packs, and reports
  • Support the team with ad-hoc client requests and project work as required

 

Job Requirements:

  • Strong organisational and communication skills
  • Good computer literacy and problem-solving abilities
  • Commitment to learning and studying towards a professional qualification
  • Some office-based experience is beneficial but not essential
  • Essential qualifications: GCSEs (or equivalent) in English and Maths
  • A-levels are preferred
