Job Duties:
- Prepare payments, foreign exchanges, and inter-company and trust transfers
- Respond to client queries and correspondence
- Record time accurately and assist with the collection of fees
- Ensure filing and profiling of documents is completed in a timely manner
- Construct written communications and prepare statutory documentation as required for the administration of trusts and companies
- Prioritise and manage workload, consulting and escalating issues to senior team members
- Gain a basic understanding of trust and company regulatory requirements
- Take responsibility for self-development, working towards agreed training requirements and performance goals
