Business Partnering Senior Associate

Job Duties

• Assist in preparing monthly management accounts, including financial analysis and commentary.
• Monitor financial performance against Key Performance Indicators.
• Design and implement PowerBI dashboards to meet management information needs.
• Develop relationships with internal business support teams to understand and contribute to strategic goals.
• Collaborate with Finance Managers to prepare revenue and cost budgets, plans, and forecasts.
• Provide detailed analysis and business insights for profit and loss management.
• Assist with year-end external audits and the implementation of accounting policies and controls.
• Promote a strong financial discipline culture within the organisation.

Job Requirements

• Qualified accountant with a recognised accounting body.
• Strong commercial awareness, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
• Familiarity with applying accounting standards.
• Experience in building and maintaining strong relationships.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Technology-focused mindset, with a desire to improve processes through innovation.
• PowerBI experience is a plus.
