Our client is seeking a New Business Administrator to join the Enterprise Risk Management team. This position, reporting to the New Business Assistant Manager, plays a critical role in the client take-on process. Job Duties:
- Manage the entire client take-on process.
- Handle local and international conflicts processes.
- Undertake initial risk assessments for new clients.
- Ensure client take-on checks are completed to a high standard, including Worldcheck, internet searches, and sanctions checks.
- Collect and review all client take-on documentation.
- Manage risk referrals for high-risk clients, including preparing and submitting referral forms to the risk panel.
- Complete client profile forms accurately.
- Collate and finalise the client take-on pack, ensuring completeness before service line sign-off and submission to Risk & Compliance for final approval.
- Liaise with service lines throughout the take-on process to manage client expectations and expedite processes.
- Act as an advisor, providing practical and business-focused advice to Directors and service lines on client take-on queries.
- Monitor open client and suspended codes weekly, escalating issues as needed.
- Escalate client take-on issues to the New Business Assistant Manager as required.

- Holds or is willing to work towards the International Compliance Association Advanced Certificate in Practical Customer Due Diligence.
