Credit Card Analyst

Job Duties

  • Review credit card applications, including relevant checks, reviews, and credit limit calculations.
  • Assist customers with digital onboarding, app queries, and other services.
  • Respond to customer enquiries via email and telephone.
  • Handle customer queries related to credit card transactions.
  • Investigate and resolve disputes as they arise.
  • Assist in setting up and managing direct debits.
  • Contribute to enhancing the product and service proposition.

 

Job Requirements

  • Strong analytical skills with a keen interest in credit card support.
  • Desire to build knowledge of financial crime and fraud risk.
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Passion for delivering an exceptional customer experience.
  • Strong problem-solving, organisational, time management, and delegation skills.
  • Prior experience is not a prerequisite for this role.
