Assistant Manager, Trust Control

Our client is seeking an Assistant Manager to join their Trust Control team. The successful candidate will be responsible for conducting periodic reviews on the customer base, ensuring the highest fiduciary standards are maintained. Job Duties:

  • Assess the client book for risk.
  • Ensure adherence to procedures and controls as set out in group policies.
  • Raise action points for relationship managers to remediate.
  • Assist with the new business process by conducting reviews, background checks, and assessments on prospective customers.
  • Prepare management reports and ensure accurate data maintenance.

 

Job Requirements:

  • A minimum of 5 years’ experience in Trust and Company administration.
  • In-depth knowledge of Guernsey AML regulations and Trustee and Director responsibilities.
  • STEP qualified or equivalent.
  • General understanding of relevant laws in other offshore jurisdictions to which customer entities are exposed.
