Assistant Manager, Client Services

Our client is offering an exciting opportunity for an experienced Assistant Manager to join their growing Governance Services team in Jersey. In this role, you will administer a portfolio of corporate and fiduciary clients, focusing on delivering high-quality client services. You will also assist in developing a motivated and proficient team of administrators, offering technical support and training to help them thrive. Job Duties:

  • Administer a portfolio of corporate clients, managing client relationships and transactions to a high standard.
  • Act as a role model within the Governance Services team, helping to develop and motivate administrators.
  • Provide technical support and training to team members as required.
  • Manage client expectations and nurture relationships to maximise the team's reputation and potential for repeat business.
  • Oversee the day-to-day activities of the team, ensuring timely processing of work and meeting deadlines.
  • Ensure a consistent high level of service across your client portfolio, swiftly addressing any issues.
  • Collaborate with the Risk and Compliance team to ensure accurate client due diligence and compliance with regulatory standards.
  • Assist with quality control of data input and maintenance within the corporate services database.
  • Provide assistance with client reviews, billing processes, and monitoring WIP and outstanding debt.
  • Maintain CPD levels required for your role.

 

Job Requirements:

  • Proven corporate administration experience.
  • Relevant professional qualification (e.g. STEP or CGI).
  • Proficiency in Microsoft desktop software.
  • Experience with specialist software such as Document Management Systems or Viewpoint would be an advantage.
