Manager, Real Estate

Our client is seeking an Manager to collaborate with a team in managing a portfolio of clients. The role involves providing advice based on internal processes, becoming an expert in technical matters, and ensuring compliance with statutory returns. Job Duties:

  • Collaborate with the team to manage a diverse portfolio of clients.
  • Become an expert in technical matters and share knowledge with the team.
  • Ensure all statutory returns are prepared and submitted as required.
  • Manage key client and intermediary relationships.
  • Communicate openly and honestly with clients on a regular basis.
  • Ensure the team achieves service standards.
  • Conduct meetings, produce minutes, resolutions, and complete any other administration duties requested.
  • Maintain client documents with integrity, clearly updating all correspondence.
  • Proactively complete the client take-on process and conduct ongoing reviews of clients.
  • Be committed and driven to achieving excellence for themselves and their clients.
  • Actively promote real estate services to existing clients.
  • Conduct client and intermediary visits as required.
  • Ensure the delivery of enhanced client service is at the forefront of every action.
  • Assist the Associate Director/Director in supervising staff within the team, including mentoring and compliance with standard policies and procedures.
  • Be approachable and accessible to team members, offering guidance and development as needed.
  • Provide new, innovative ideas to improve the efficiencies of daily tasks.
  • Establish and maintain good relationships with all suppliers, team members, and clients.
  • Review and manage the workload of the team daily, reporting upwards to senior management.
  • Assist in managing the financial affairs of the team, including budgeting and billing.
  • Contribute to the department's growth strategy and participate actively in team and management strategy sessions.
  • Work towards a business development target for new income, agreed upon annually.

 

Job Requirements:

  • At least ICSA/STEP/ACCA qualified or equivalent.
  • Expert knowledge of local legislation and corporate governance.
  • Comprehensive administrative experience.
  • Broad understanding of fiduciary products offered globally.
  • Strong people management skills with the ability to inspire and develop junior staff members.
  • Effective communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to formulate, consider, and select the most appropriate solutions.
