Our client is seeking a Claims Administrator to provide high-quality support to the Claims Function. This is a full-time role where the successful candidate will assist in delivering a local claims service to customers, ensuring claims are processed efficiently and accurately. Job Duties:
- Support the Claims Team with ad-hoc duties, including managing Happy Fox tickets and processing incoming claims recoveries
- Process claim settlements efficiently to ensure timely claim turnaround times
- Provide administrative support to the Claims function when required
- Deliver exceptional customer service to internal and external clients while developing effective business relationships
- Learn and apply claims handling policies, procedures, and customer service guidelines to provide expert advice
- Manage incoming post and process claims-related payments, including customer and supplier payments
- Answer the telephone and support the team during high call volumes
- Present claims payments and liaise with third-party representatives as required
