Our client, a dynamic professional services firm within the Channel Islands, is looking for a Change Management Specialist to join their Tech & Transformation team. This full-time, permanent role will support the transformation initiatives within the firm, focusing on driving successful adoption of technology solutions. Job Duties:
- Collaborate with the project delivery team to implement technology solutions that align with the firm's strategic goals.
- Develop and execute change management strategies to support technology adoption.
- Conduct change readiness assessments and create interventions to ensure successful implementation.
- Provide coaching to project teams and leaders to build change management capabilities.
- Monitor the effectiveness of change initiatives and recommend improvements.
- Develop communication plans to engage stakeholders throughout the transformation process.
- Liaise with cross-functional teams to integrate change management activities with project deliverables.
- Stay current with industry best practices and trends in change management.
Job Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field (e.g., business, technology, organisational psychology) or equivalent experience.
- Relevant professional qualifications such as Prosci or equivalent.
- Proven experience in change management, particularly within technology and transformation projects.
- Strong understanding of change management methodologies and tools.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to influence stakeholders at all levels.
- Experience in conducting change impact assessments and developing interventions.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to coach and support teams through change.
