Corporate Services Manager

Our client is seeking an experienced, client-focused Corporate Services Manager to support their team in providing ongoing company administration and relationship management. Working with some of the largest remote gambling operators in the world, the role ensures full corporate management and compliance services are delivered efficiently. Job Duties:

  • Maintain strong relationships with clients, exceeding their expectations.
  • Manage client corporate structures from initial setup with support from internal accounting, secretarial, tax, and gaming functions.
  • Hold a small number of directorships on client companies and be an authorised “B” signatory on client bank mandates, within a robust governance structure.
  • Ensure excellent governance by managing client company board meetings and maintaining organised records.
  • Organise yourself to deliver excellent client service within defined turnaround times.
  • Gain exposure to international gambling compliance, applying company management and client service skills in a fast-paced setting.

 

Job Requirements:

  • A minimum of five years’ experience in corporate services.
  • Strong service ethic with a proven ability to exceed client expectations.
  • Impeccable professional written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to develop and maintain excellent client relationships.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, managing yourself to consistently deliver to deadlines.
  • Experience managing trading companies, including knowledge of governance, compliance, and statutory matters.
  • Understanding of key risk issues with confidence to escalate appropriately.
  • Working knowledge of accounting, tax, VAT, and economic substance is advantageous.
