Senior Manager

Our client is seeking a Senior Manager to join their team, providing full corporate management and compliance services to leading remote gambling operators. This permanent, full-time role involves acting as a key point of escalation for complex company management issues, overseeing compliance, and ensuring operational efficiency. Job Duties:

  • Provide technical support and training on company management to the team.
  • Act as an escalation point for complex issues in company management, delivering efficient solutions.
  • Hold a small number of directorships on client companies and act as an authorised "A" bank signatory.
  • Oversee team output, providing technical guidance and quality assurance for compliance with regulations and policies.
  • Focus on improving team efficiency by challenging and developing processes and procedures.
  • Deliver practical support and guidance to the team on managing active trading companies and maintaining strong client relationships.
  • Attend and contribute to quarterly client board meetings, maintaining organised records.


Job Requirements:

  • Minimum of eight years' experience working within a Trust and Corporate Service Provider (TCSP).
  • Proven experience in establishing and managing complex corporate structures.
  • Strong technical knowledge of governance, compliance, company structuring, secretarial, accounting, tax, economic substance, and banking matters.
  • Experience holding directorships and chairing client board meetings.
  • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
  • Ability to form and develop strong relationships with clients and colleagues.
  • Excellent personal organisation skills and a strong service ethic.
