Job Duties:
- Lead and manage business implementation projects from conception to completion, ensuring delivery on time, within scope, and budget.
- Act as the primary liaison between the fund administration team, IT, and external vendors.
- Utilise deep knowledge of Investran to optimise fund administration processes, including fund accounting, investor reporting, and data management.
- Identify and implement process improvements to enhance operational effectiveness and client satisfaction.
- Support the development, testing, and implementation of system enhancements and new systems.
- Work on the development of reporting solutions for both existing and new systems to improve service delivery.
- Collaborate with internal teams and external clients to gather requirements, communicate project progress, and promptly address issues.
- Provide Investran training and ongoing support to the fund administration team.
- Ensure all business implementation projects comply with regulatory requirements and company policies.
- Identify potential risks and develop mitigation strategies.
Job Requirements:
- A minimum of 5 years' experience in Private Equity fund or Real Estate administration.
- Relevant pofessional qualification.
- Extensive experience with Investran and its application in fund administration processes.
- Proficiency in MS Office; familiarity with programming languages such as VBA, VB Script, SAS, and Transact-SQL is desirable but not mandatory.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and project management skills.
- Experience with Query Manager which involves troubleshooting and reporting.
