Senior Trust Administrator

Our client is seeking a Senior Trust Administrator to take direct administrative responsibility for a complex portfolio of trusts, companies, and other wealth structures. This role involves ensuring first-class service is provided to clients, intermediaries, and stakeholders in support of the Client Directors. You will play a key role in identifying and mitigating risks, ensuring high standards of client service, and promoting business objectives. Job Duties: 

  • Deliver high-quality service to clients, intermediaries, and stakeholders to build long-term relationships.
  • Provide technical and other support to the team while managing client communication and statutory maintenance.
  • Identify client needs and deliver opportunities to enhance service levels, while seeking to identify new business opportunities.
  • Ensure client commitments are met within agreed deadlines and to high standards.
  • Achieve personal targets for time recording, utilisation, and working capital management.
  • Support Client Directors by reviewing and controlling WIP, ensuring prompt fee collection, and highlighting revenue opportunities.
  • Coach junior colleagues to build understanding of the working capital cycle and encourage prompt debt collection.
  • Support line management in driving appropriate behaviour and ensuring business risk targets are met.
  • Ensure compliance with local regulatory requirements, maintaining a positive relationship with the regulator through strong governance.
  • Use technical expertise to identify and mitigate risk within the client book, escalating issues as required.


Job Requirements: 

  • Studying towards or holding a relevant professional qualification, with a commitment to maintaining Continued Professional Development (CPD).
  • 4+ years relevant experience.
  • Significant industry experience, with first-class client service delivery skills tailored to the needs of high-net-worth clients.
  • Excellent technical competency and the ability to impart knowledge effectively, particularly in complex client transactions.
  • Strong understanding of current issues affecting client structures.
  • Flexibility and professionalism when working under time-driven pressures, with excellent prioritisation and time management skills.
  • Self-motivated, focused on exceeding targets and goals.
  • Strong interpersonal skills, building positive relationships with both clients and colleagues.
  • Fluent in English; knowledge of other languages is desirable.
