Job Duties:
- Handle securities operations, ensuring accuracy and efficiency in daily processes.
- Manage client administration and provide high-quality customer support.
- Assist in governance tasks related to portfolio management.
- Prioritise workload to meet the demands of the team and clients.
- Liaise with internal and external stakeholders for smooth operational flow.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and industry regulations.
- Contribute to process improvement and operational efficiency.
Job Requirements:
- Strong organisational skills with the ability to prioritise effectively.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and relevant IT platforms.
- Ability to work well in a team-oriented environment.
- Desire to pursue relevant qualifications (study support available).
- Experience in financial services or portfolio management is desirable.
