Senior Administrator, Securities Operations

Job Duties:

  • Handle securities operations, ensuring accuracy and efficiency in daily processes.
  • Manage client administration and provide high-quality customer support.
  • Assist in governance tasks related to portfolio management.
  • Prioritise workload to meet the demands of the team and clients.
  • Liaise with internal and external stakeholders for smooth operational flow.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies and industry regulations.
  • Contribute to process improvement and operational efficiency.


Job Requirements:

  • Strong organisational skills with the ability to prioritise effectively.
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and relevant IT platforms.
  • Ability to work well in a team-oriented environment.
  • Desire to pursue relevant qualifications (study support available).
  • Experience in financial services or portfolio management is desirable.
