Senior Administrator, FATCA/CRS

Our client is looking for a Senior Administrator to join their team, contributing to FATCA and CRS reviews, report production, and the annual submission of data in line with regulatory requirements. This role plays a key part in supporting the organisation’s strategic goals, providing excellent and proactive customer service across multiple service disciplines. You will work closely with the team to meet timely and accurate regulatory reporting obligations, while continually improving processes and exploring automation opportunities. Job Duties: 

  • Handle escalations from the business regarding nonstandard FATCA and CRS queries.
  • Conduct periodic data analysis to ensure accuracy of reports submitted to regulators.
  • Ensure FATCA and CRS annual data submissions are completed on time.
  • Ensure all work meets high-quality standards and is completed within the team's SLAs.
  • Support the wider team in meeting regulatory reporting requirements.
  • Train colleagues and review their work to ensure accuracy and compliance.
  • Continuously review and improve current processes and procedures.
  • Actively contribute to process updates and automation opportunities.
  • Investigate and resolve complex Chargeable Events cases and queries professionally and in a timely manner.
  • Maintain proactive and reactive communication with customers and advisers.
  • Adopt a solutions-based approach to understanding and resolving issues according to administrative policies and procedures.
  • Take responsibility for personal development and ensure adherence to company policies, including risk, compliance, and HR policies.


Job Requirements: 

  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work effectively both individually and as part of a team.
  • Ability to work to tight deadlines.
  • Previous experience in a Life Office is desirable but not essential.
  • Previous FATCA and CRS knowledge is essential.
  • Innovative mindset with a willingness to take bold steps forward.

  • Strong problem-solving skills with a solutions-based approach.
  • Willingness to collaborate, learn from experience, and adapt.
