Senior Compliance Administrator

Our client is seeking a Senior Compliance Administrator to join the Regulatory & Financial Crime Compliance (RFCC) Department. This full-time role is based in Guernsey and involves supporting the team in maintaining good compliance standards with local regulatory and financial crime laws, as well as groupwide compliance frameworks. Job Duties:

• Handle day-to-day compliance queries, supported by senior team members.
• Assist with new business onboarding and KYC file reviews.
• Provide compliance guidance to stakeholders across the business.
• Support compliance monitoring, audits, and risk assessments.
• Maintain and update regulatory registers and compliance data in NavOne.
• Ensure accuracy in daily screening results and other compliance tasks.
• Assist in delivering communications and training on compliance matters.
• Participate in any other compliance or financial crime tasks as needed.

Job Requirements:

• High level of accuracy and attention to detail.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Good interpersonal skills with a proactive attitude.
• Willingness to learn and adapt to new team processes.
• Ability to work effectively in a team to achieve goals.
• Experience in an office environment is advantageous, but not essential.
