Our client is seeking a Registry Operations Manager for a permanent role, working 35 hours per week. Job Duties:
- Inspire and lead a diverse team of registry professionals, fostering a culture of excellence, collaboration, and continuous improvement.
- Oversee all aspects of registry operations, ensuring compliance with relevant legislation and best practices while optimising processes to enhance service delivery and improve Service Level Agreements.
- Contribute to the development and implementation of the registry strategy, aligning operational goals with objectives and adapting to changing regulatory landscapes.
- Champion the use of technology to improve registry services, enhancing digital access and streamlining workflows.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with Registry stakeholders, including colleagues, government bodies, and clients of the Registry.
- Identify training needs and provide coaching to team members to enhance skills and knowledge, supporting their career progression.
- Implement robust quality control measures to ensure the accuracy and security of registry data, addressing discrepancies and developing corrective actions as needed.
