Our client is seeking a diligent and detail-oriented Investment Operations Technical Analyst to join their Operations Technical Department. This role focuses on supporting high-quality services for both clients and internal investment operational teams. Collaborating across business areas, you will ensure operational processes meet internal and regulatory requirements while delivering a seamless, efficient service.
Job Duties:
- Perform first-line assurance monitoring, including testing, evaluating, and reporting to identify risks within the Group.
- Highlight necessary process and procedure changes, collaborating with Operational teams for implementation.
- Integrate new activities with minimal impact on business areas, supporting various project teams.
- Provide project support for FATCA, CRS, and AML CFT submissions, ensuring system records meet tax reporting requirements.
- Conduct data accuracy and integrity monitoring for operational teams using Microsoft CRM.
- Develop and maintain internal procedures related to first-line assurance monitoring.
- Document control functions within processes and procedures in collaboration with Operational teams.
- Prepare quarterly reports and statistical data, communicating effectively with stakeholders.
- Complete ad-hoc technical administrative tasks as required.

Job Requirements:
- Knowledge of AML/KYC requirements.
- Strong Quality Assurance experience is preferable.
- Familiarity with FSA Regulatory reporting requirements (desirable).
- Understanding of FATCA / CRS and IRS reporting requirements (desirable).
- Previous experience in Investment Operations within financial services.
- A-level education or equivalent, with an industry-recognised professional qualification (desirable).
- Knowledge of MS Office products and Investment Operations core administration systems (desirable).
- Awareness of risk and governance frameworks.
