Job Duties:
- Administer a portfolio of corporate clients, ensuring relationships and transactions are managed to the highest standards.
- Act as a role model for Governance Services employees, fostering a motivated and proficient team aligned with the firm’s values.
- Provide technical support and training to team members, ensuring a thorough understanding of relevant transactions.
- Nurture valuable client relationships to maximise team reputation, client retention, and referrals.
- Support daily team operations, ensuring work is processed in a timely manner, adhering to procedural deadlines, managing WIP, and assisting in debt collection.
- Maintain consistent high service quality across your client portfolio, addressing any issues swiftly and effectively.
- Comply with firm policies and procedures, ensuring collaboration with the Risk and Compliance team.
- Oversee accurate client due diligence and reviews, keeping current with regulatory changes and industry standards.
- Contribute to quality control by maintaining accurate data within the corporate services practice management database.
- Assist with the annual reviews of client entities, as well as monthly/quarterly billing processes and fee monitoring.
- Maintain necessary CPD levels for your role.
Job Requirements:
- Proven experience in corporate administration.
- Relevant professional qualification (e.g., STEP or CGI).
- Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Office and familiarity with specialist software, such as Document Management Systems or Viewpoint, is an advantage.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build effective relationships and work collaboratively.
- A positive and flexible approach, with strong time management and prioritisation skills.
- Ability to work independently and take initiative.
