Our client is seeking a Compliance Administrator to support the compliance administration of client entities. This full-time role is focused on managing Customer Due Diligence queries and reviews to ensure all regulatory requirements are met. Job Duties:
- Provide compliance advisory support to the Fund Services team
- Conduct initial and periodic CDD reviews for new clients and investors
- Act as the initial contact for screening alerts identified by the Administration team
- Ensure overnight screening has been completed and review any potential matches, escalating as required
- Complete annual Politically Exposed Person (PEP) reviews in line with company timelines
- Keep registers up to date and follow up on outstanding actions
- Support the compliance team in updating internal compliance policies and procedures
- Maintain awareness of industry best practices and regulatory developments
- Ensure compliance systems are current and accurate
- Assist in preparing compliance reports and regulatory filings as needed
Job Requirements:
- 1+ years of experience within the financial services sector, ideally in fund or trust services
- International Compliance Association (ICA) certificate or diploma is preferred, with support available for obtaining this qualification after probation
- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal, to build effective working relationships
- Flexible approach to work and strong time management skills to meet deadlines
- Excellent organisational and prioritisation skills
- Proficient IT skills, with working knowledge of Microsoft Office
- Familiarity with fund management systems (e.g., Investran, eFront) is preferred
- Understanding of local regulatory requirements
