Assistant Administrator, Private Client Services

Our client is seeking an enthusiastic Assistant Administrator to join the Private Client Services department. Job Duties:

  • Assist with administering a client portfolio that includes Trusts, Companies, Foundations, and Limited Partnerships
  • Perform bookkeeping tasks to maintain accurate accounting records for the team’s client portfolio
  • Draft written instructions and online payments for distributions, dividends, professional fees, etc.
  • Prepare minutes and general correspondence for review by the Administrator or Manager
  • Maintain an accurate statutory database of the team’s client portfolio
  • Liaise with intermediaries such as banks, law firms, and other professional advisors as required
  • Provide general assistance to the team as needed

 

Job Requirements:

  • Strong academic performance in GCSEs or A-levels, particularly in English and Mathematics
  • Basic proficiency in Outlook, Microsoft Word, and Excel
  • Client-focused with a drive to deliver quality service
  • Detail-oriented, adhering to procedures with an awareness of risk
  • A collaborative team player with strong communication skills who can also work independently
