Job Duties:
- Assist with administering a client portfolio that includes Trusts, Companies, Foundations, and Limited Partnerships
- Perform bookkeeping tasks to maintain accurate accounting records for the team’s client portfolio
- Draft written instructions and online payments for distributions, dividends, professional fees, etc.
- Prepare minutes and general correspondence for review by the Administrator or Manager
- Maintain an accurate statutory database of the team’s client portfolio
- Liaise with intermediaries such as banks, law firms, and other professional advisors as required
- Provide general assistance to the team as needed
Job Requirements:
- Strong academic performance in GCSEs or A-levels, particularly in English and Mathematics
- Basic proficiency in Outlook, Microsoft Word, and Excel
- Client-focused with a drive to deliver quality service
- Detail-oriented, adhering to procedures with an awareness of risk
- A collaborative team player with strong communication skills who can also work independently
