Job Duties:
- Implement and manage cloud-based solutions using Microsoft Azure
- Administer and support both On-Premises Active Directory and Microsoft Entra
- Manage Veeam backup and recovery solutions
- Configure and troubleshoot network infrastructure, including routers, switches, and firewalls
- Monitor system performance and ensure reliable IT service availability
- Implement security protocols to protect data and systems from cyber threats
- Provide technical support and training for end-users
- Collaborate with the IT team to plan and execute IT projects
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of industry trends and technologies
- Manage and maintain storage solutions, ensuring data integrity and availability
Job Requirements:
- Minimum of 3 years' experience in IT engineering or a similar role
- Relevant certifications, such as Microsoft Certified: Azure Solutions Architect or Veeam Certified Engineer, are advantageous
- Strong expertise in Microsoft Azure, Entra, Microsoft 365, Veeam, networking, and storage solutions
- Proficiency in networking concepts (TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP, VPN)
- Experience with network hardware, including routers, switches, and firewalls
- Excellent problem-solving skills with strong attention to detail
- Effective communication and interpersonal abilities
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team
- Own vehicle and a clean driving licence are essential
- Willingness to work occasional out-of-hours shifts
