Temporary Administrative Assistant - 9 weeks

Our client is seeking an Administrative Assistant on a temporary basis to support the Underwriting Director in handling renewals and providing essential administrative assistance to the team. The role is focused on delivering efficient service and excellent customer support to members, involving a variety of responsibilities related to data processing, member communication, and document management. Job Duties:

  • Process vessel changes and renew fleet details
  • Save renewal documents and communicate updates to members
  • Respond promptly to inquiries from banks and solicitors
  • Handle data processing tasks
  • Offer general administrative support to team members as needed


Job Requirements:

  • Excellent customer service skills
  • Ability to work effectively within a small team
  • Strong IT skills and proficiency with office software
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritise effectively
  • Self-motivated with excellent attention to detail
