Job Duties: 

  • Oversee the organisation’s compliance framework, ensuring adherence to all regulatory requirements.
  • Develop, implement, and maintain policies and procedures to ensure compliance across all operations.
  • Provide guidance on regulatory requirements and advise on best practices in compliance.
  • Conduct regular risk assessments and audits to monitor compliance with internal policies and external regulations.
  • Work closely with other departments to address compliance issues and implement corrective actions.
  • Maintain and manage relationships with regulatory bodies and respond to any compliance queries.
  • Deliver compliance training to team members to promote an understanding of regulatory requirements.
  • Monitor changes in legislation and regulation to assess the potential impact on the organisation.
  • Prepare and submit compliance reports to senior management and relevant authorities as required.

 

Job Requirements:

  • Extensive experience in compliance within the fiduciary or financial services industry.
  • In-depth knowledge of regulatory requirements and best practices within fiduciary services.
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to assess and mitigate risks effectively.
  • Excellent communication skills for liaising with both internal teams and external regulatory bodies.
  • Demonstrated ability to develop and implement compliance policies and procedures.
  • Strong organisational and time-management skills.
  • Ability to manage confidential information with integrity and professionalism.
